La Revolución de Emiliano Zapata fue una mítica banda de rock mexicano que inició como un proyecto entre amigos, sin conocer lo que el destino les tenía preparado. En poco tiempo, el grupo se convirtió en un suceso nacional y su música comenzó a traspasar fronteras. Pero el Festival de Avándaro se encargó de sepultar el movimiento que se gestaba en la mayoría de los rockeros. Este hecho, junto a los excesos y egos de sus integrantes se hicieron presentes y terminaron con el éxito.
